Camping Season

Camping Season drops you in an off-road camper in a procedurally generated autumn valley of mountains, lakes, rivers and fir forests. You drive freely across the hills and ridges with WASD, guided by a compass that marks nearby rivers, peaks, waterfalls and animal tracks, plus a minimap of the valley.

A journal frames the trip: a letter asks William to bring back photos of the valley's wildlife, and the book tracks the 15 animals to find. Photo mode turns the game into a camera with interchangeable lenses (24-70mm and 200-400mm), zoom, aperture, focus, exposure and time-of-day settings, and saves your shots.

When you stop, you can pitch a camp on open ground: a tent, a campfire and a chair appear beside the camper, and the day slowly turns to dusk and night. It is a quiet, low-pressure game with no timer or fail state, played in the browser with no download or account.
